2 egg whites
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. grated apple
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar while beating. Then add grated apple and 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar alternately as beating continues. Flavor with lemon juice.
