CHICKEN NUGGETS 
3 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. butter, melted

Cut each breast into 6 to 8 nuggets, about 1 1/2 inches square. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt and herbs. Dip the chicken nuggets into melted butter, then dip in crumb mixture. Place nuggets in a single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes on middle rack in oven. Serves 4.
