SCANDINAVIAN MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
1 c. plain yogurt
3/4 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated apple
1/2 c. hazel nuts
2/3 c. raisins
1/3 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper

Mix all together. Form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Place in a flat pan. Bake 10-15 minutes, 400 degrees.

1/4 c. flour
2 c. beef bouillon
1 tbsp. dill weed

1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. chopped roasted hazelnuts

Makes 8 servings.
