DEEP FRIED TURKEY 
32 lbs. peanut oil
10 to 12 lb. turkey, thawed
Salt
Cayenne pepper

Heat oil in very large deep fat fryer 360 to 375 degrees. Wash turkey and thoroughly towel dry. Mix cayenne pepper and salt. Hand rub turkey with seasoning to taste. Deep fry turkey 3 minutes per pound.
