ALASKAN TURKEY ROYALE 
Combine:

3/4 c. melted butter
1 1/4 c. warm water

Line 9 x 13 inch pan with half mixture, reserving rest. Pan does not have to be greased but for convenience of removal, please spray with Pam or like substance.

Mix:

1 c. finely chopped onions
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 scant tsp. salt

Spread chicken or turkey mixture gently onto dressing mixture, pressing into corners and smoothing or pressing out evenly.

Beat:

2 c. milk

Scatter remaining dressing mixture over chicken layer and drizzle evenly with custard. The casserole with probably be at the top of the pan. Do not worry. This is natural. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Remove 1 hour before baking.

Spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, uncovered. Sprinkle a generous amount (1/2-1/4 pound) grated medium Cheddar cheese evenly over top. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Serves 12-14.
