SAUCY MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Combine all ingredients. Make into 2 inch meatballs. Arrange meatballs in a 9 x 13 inch microwave dish. Cook at 3/4 power for 9 minutes. Rearrange meatballs and cook at 3/4 power for 3-5 minutes. Mix sauce ingredients in blender or food processor. 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 bottle chili sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Pour the sauce over meat balls. Microwave 2-4 minutes until hot and bubbly, turning the dish if necessary.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
