1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 c. molasses 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. butter 1 c. milk 2 1/2 c. flour 1 tbsp. ginger Cream sugar and butter in bowl. Beat eggs. Add eggs, milk, and molasses to sugar mixture. Sift flour, soda, and ginger into mixture, and beat well. Bake in shallow greased pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
