BANANA NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. milk
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 extra ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients together in large bowl.

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Sift all dry ingredients into banana batter. Add 1 cup chopped nuts. Fill 1/2 way into pan which has been greased and floured. Makes 2 medium or 5 small breads.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until center springs up. Test with toothpick. Recipe can be doubled without the batter going bad. If you do you can make 8 small loaves for the holiday giveaways.
