Waldorf Salad - Recipe

WALDORF SALAD

2 c. diced apple
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts

SURPRISE DRESSING:

1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Blend ingredients. Makes 1 cup.

Toss ingredients together. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Serves 4.
