MIX:

1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. sugar

Boil hard for 1 minute.

IMMEDIATELY STIR IN:

1 c. peanut butter

POUR OVER:

5 1/2 c. Special K cereal

Mix in large bowl. Pour onto cookie sheets. When cool break into bite size chunks and store in a tightly covered bowl.
