APRICOT GOURMET CHICKEN 
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot jam
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
Cut up chicken

Mix all ingredients together and pour over cut up chicken. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour and baste. Cook for another 1/2 hour. Sauce yummy over potatoes.
