ORIENTAL STIR FRY | |
1 lb. pork, beef or chicken, cut in 1/4" strips 1 tbsp. cooking oil 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen stir fry vegetables 1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce Thaw vegetables. Quickly brown meat strips in hot oil in large skillet or wok, stirring constantly. Add vegetables, cover and steam for 3 minutes, or until vegetables are heated through but still crisp and tender. Add soy sauce; cook and stir for 1 minute. Serves 4. |
