DIVINITY CANDY 
2 3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. water
2 lg. egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
2/3 c. broken nuts

Beat egg whites 15 minutes by timer; on 8 minutes of above 15 minutes, start syrup cooking with lid to boiling. Then remove lid and cook on medium heat to hard crack stage (spin thread and crack). Fold syrup in egg whites and add nuts.
