CHEESE CAKE (NO BAKE) 
1/2 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can Milnat or Pet milk, chilled
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 pkg. lemon Jello, dissolved in 1 c. hot water

Beat chilled milk until thick, bread cheese in small pieces, add gradually, beat until all is dissolved. Add sugar, vanilla, cream of tartar and cooled, not thick Jello, beat until smooth and thick.

CRUST:

14 double graham crackers, crushed fine
1/4 lb. butter, melted

Mix with crumbs, divide in 2 parts, spread 1/2 on bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Add cheese filling, spread other half of crumbs on top. Chill overnight.
