1 1/2 c. flour

1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
