PINEAPPLE PUDDING 
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. water
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch or 3 tbsp. tapioca
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, well beaten

Melt butter. Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. A great side dish for ham!
