1 pkg. English muffins
butter
1 sm. can Contadina tomato paste
1 lb. R.B. Rice sausage
1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
Oregano spice

Brown sausage in skillet and drain oil and blot with paper towel. Lightly spread butter on halves of English muffins and toast until light brown in broiler. Spread tomato paste on muffins. Top with sausage, cheese and oregano spice. Arrange on foil on broiler pan and broil just until cheese thoroughly melts.
