CRABMEAT AU GRATIN 
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1/4 c. flour
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. onions, chopped fine
1 (13 oz.) can Pet Milk
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. white crab meat

Saute onions and celery in butter. Mix flour into mixture, then pour in milk while stirring constantly. Add egg yolks, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Pour over crab meat, blend well and put into greased pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.

Also can use same recipe with crab meat and can use artichoke hearts together. Very good and rich.
