CRAB DELIGHT 
1 lb. back fin crab meat
6 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 c. milk
12 slices bread (no crust)
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs

Mix milk and mayonnaise well. Add eggs (chopped), green onion, salt, milk and crab meat.

Arrange bread in baking dish. Pour crab mixture over bread. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top. Refrigerate overnight.

Take out of refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over top and bake uncovered 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
