CHERRY CHEESE CAKE CUPS 
24 vanilla wafers
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Line 2 muffin tins with cupcake papers. Put one vanilla wafer on the bottom of each paper and half fill with cheese mixture. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool and top with cherry pie filling and refrigerate.
