JELLY JAM BARS | |
1 lb. sweet butter 2 c. sugar 4 c. flour 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla Jelly or jam, any kind Cream butter, add sugar, egg, and vanilla; beat together well. Spread half the mixture into a 9 x 13 lightly greased pan. Spread on any kind of jelly or jam. Cover with remaining dough. Bake at 300 degrees about 1 hour. Cool; cut into bars. |
