PUMPKIN COCONUT PIE 
12 oz. pumpkin
1/2 c. coconut
1 can milk
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
