CHEESE LOGS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix all ingredients but 1 cup pecans. Shape into a ball or 2 logs. Roll in pecans and parsley, if desired. For Christmas, garnish with cherries.
