1 c. sugar
1 c. potatoes, mashed
1 scant c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
3 tsp. baking powder
Flour

Mix all ingredients together. Use enough flour in mixture to make soft dough. Roll out dough. Cut with donut cutter. Fry in hot grease.
