PASTA SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
3-4 heads fresh broccoli
2 carrots
1 med. red onion
1 (16 oz.) bottle creamy Italian dressing

Cook macaroni; drain and sprinkle with olive or vegetable oil. Chill. Clean mushrooms, broccoli and carrots. Chop into desired size. Slice onion into rings or quarters. Add vegetables to macaroni. Mix well with Italian dressing. Marinate overnight.
