IGLOOS 
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans
1 c. sugar
1 c. dates

Mix all these together. Add 1 small can crushed pineapple, 4 oz. Spread this mixture between 3 butter cookies (stacked in layers). Cover these separately with 1 large Cool Whip. Generously sprinkle with coconut. (Makes 16.)
