3 eggs
2 c. white sugar
3 (4 1/2 oz.) baby food (jars may be bigger); applesauce, apricot, and carrot
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour

Mix together, grease and flour jelly roll pan. Pour batter in. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or a little less. Frost with cream cheese frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese

May have to add dash of milk. Can sprinkle top with ground nut meats.
