PEANUT SALAD 
1 box frozen petite peas, thawed and chilled (not cooked)
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. cashews
1/2 c. sour cream (or more)
Salt and pepper to taste

Some snow peas may be added. Or dill and chives may be used instead of green onions.

Defrost peas, if frozen peas are used. Combine sour cream, 1/2 cup dill or chives, salt and pepper in small bowl and mix. Combine with peas gently as not to mash the peas. Serve in glass bowl. Put cashews on top just before serving.
