SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 fresh garlic, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. olive oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
Italian seasoning to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. can puree
1 lg. can crushed Italian tomatoes
2 lg. cans tomato paste
1 can water
1 or 2 bouillon cubes, crushed (beef or chicken)

In a large pot combine above ingredients. Cook for 2 hours over a low flame. After 2 hours add meatballs. Continue cooking for 1 more hour or until meatballs are done. Remove meatballs and serve over your favorite paste.
