AUNT CLARA'S CABBAGE SALAD

20 lb. cabbage
Green & red peppers
Celery
Spanish onions
Carrots

DRESSING:

4 c. cider vinegar
3 c. white vinegar
4 c. salad oil
6 c. sugar
1/3 c. salt

Mix dressing and toss with shredded vegetables. Serves 125.
