BEEF BOAT 
1 1/3 c. sour cream
1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. dried parsley
3 oz. dried beef, cut very fine
Loaf of rye bread, uncut

Scoop out inside of the rye bread. Cut inside to small bite-size bits. Mix everything else together. Put in rye loaf. Use bread bits to dip.
