BUTTERMILK FUDGE CAKE 
In saucepan, place:

2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water

Bring to boil. In a bowl place and mix together:

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Pour boiled mixture over dry ingredients. Stir well and add:

2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes in greased high sided cookie sheet (jelly roll pan) or at 400 degrees for 20 minutes in a 10 x 13 inch greased pan.

While cake bakes, make icing.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

In same saucepan, combine. Bring to boil and add:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Ice hot cake.
