NO-CRUMBLE CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. yellow or white cornmeal
2 eggs
2-3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk

Sift and combine first 4 ingredients. Add cornmeal, eggs, butter and milk. Stir together and bake in a hot 425 degrees oven in a 9x9 inch pan for 25 minutes. Also makes great muffins!
