OVERNIGHT SALAD 
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 head cauliflower, cut up
1 bunch broccoli, cut up
1 med. onion, sliced in rings
3/4-1 lb. crisp bacon

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all dressing ingredients.

LAYER BOTTOM TO TOP: Lettuce, onion, cauliflower, broccoli, bacon. Top with dressing. Refrigerate overnight and toss before serving.
