HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
4 med. potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. bacon-flavored bits

In large saucepan, combine soup, lemon juice and water. Heat, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients except bacon bits. Cook just until heated through, stirring constantly and gentle. Serve immediately topped with bacon bits. Yield: 8 servings - 1 serving = 75 calories.
