GUACAMOLE SALAD 
2 lg. avocados
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, well drained
Juice from 1 whole lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
2 drops Tabasco sauce

Mash avocados with a fork until of a dipable consistency. Add onion, well drained tomatoes, lemon, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce and continue to mash until tomatoes are broken up into very small pieces. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or longer and serve over a crisp bed of lettuce. Serves 4.

This recipe may also be used as a dip; serve with taco chips.
