GUACAMOLE SALAD 
2 ripe avocados
Tabasco sauce to taste
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
4 or 5 green onions, finely chopped

Peel and mash avocados. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill well. Makes approximately 3 cups. Reserve pits and place in salad to prevent darkening.
