KOREAN CHICKEN
SAUCE:

1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/8 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped onion or scallions
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry ginger
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Marinate 1 frying chicken, cut up (or 8 chicken pieces of your choice) in sauce for 1-3 hours in baking pan. Turn several times. Place skin-side-down in pan and bake at 400 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting often.

About 15 minutes before serving, turn skin-side-up and bake 15 minutes longer. Serve with steamed rice mixed with the sauce. 3-4 servings.

NOTE: After marinating chicken pieces, you can also grill them over hot coals, brushing often with the sauce.
