KNUDSEN COFFEE CAKE 
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

TOPPING:

1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Beat well and gradually add flour, baking powder and baking soda which have been sifted together. Beat until well mixed.

Place half the mixture in buttered 9 inch angel food tube pan and sprinkle with half of the topping. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. When done, sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot, and let cool 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.
