LENTIL SPROUT SLOPPY JOES 
3 c. lentil sprouts (1/2 c. dry lentils, sprouted for 3 days)
1 c. spaghetti sauce (no oil)
1/2 c. sliced onions
10 whole wheat hamburger buns

In processor, grind lentil sprouts with spaghetti sauce (no oil, meatless, sugarless) to make a thin mixture. Heat and serve over warmed, whole wheat hamburger buns. May top with chopped onion, if desired.
