ZUCCHINI SQUASH BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. grated zucchini, drained

Beat together eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the oil and beat well. Sift together the dry ingredients. Mix all the ingredients together and stir until well mixed. Bake in greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Makes 2 loaves.
