PRETZEL SALAD | |
2 c. pretzel sticks, broken 3/4 c. butter, melted 3 tbsp. sugar 2 c. boiling water 6 oz. strawberry jello (no sugar) 2 (10 oz.) cartons frozen strawberries (juice and all) 1 c. granulated sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 2 c. Cool Whip Combine pretzels, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 400°F for 8 minutes. Don't overcook. Let cool. Whip cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel crust. Mix jello, water and strawberries. Let cool. Pour over cream cheese layer. |
