BAKED "HOLELESS" DOUGHNUTS 
7 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 1/2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 1/4 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
8 oz. lard or Crisco

Mix (do not overmix). Bake in muffin tins. 450 degree oven, 15-20 minutes.
