MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
About 4 lg. tbsp. spaghetti sauce
Dash of milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Crushed cracker crumbs (enough to make mixture firm enough to form meatballs)

Add meatballs to Spaghetti Sauce recipe and simmer for 1/2 hour.
