GRANDPA'S SOUP | |
2 lb. ground chuck 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice 2 tbsp. chili powder 6 (14.5 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables 5 to 7 onions, diced 5 to 7 potatoes, diced 1 (6 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni 1 (14.5 oz.) can pinto beans In a saucepan, brown meat. Add chili powder and tomato juice. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. While this is simmering, cook potatoes and onions until tender. Cook macaroni according to directions. Add macaroni and mixed vegetables to the meat mixture. Simmer for 1 to 2 hours. |
