MEXICAN STEAK 
1 lb. steak
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. tomatoes

Mix salt, chili powder and flour. Beat into steak. Saute garlic and onion in oil until tender. Add steak, brown. Add tomatoes and water to cover. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender. Remove meat make gravy 2 to 3 tablespoons flour with water. Mix and add to pan. Then add meat and heat until hot.
