CHICKEN FLORENTINE 
2 pkgs. chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of curry powder
Cheddar cheese (extra sharp), grated
Bread crumbs
3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach

Place thawed spinach in 13 x 9 inch pan (wring out all water). Layer chicken over spinach. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Spread this over chicken. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over entire dish, then sprinkle bread crumbs over all. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Can be served over white rice.
