ANTONNIO'S CROCK POT SPAGHETTI 
3 lb. lean ground sirloin
2 cans tomatoes with onion or garlic
1 can tomato paste
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. purple onion, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
Salt to taste
Vermicelli noodles
Parmesan cheese
French bread

Brown sirloin in skillet. Drain tomatoes. Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Simmer for 6 to 8 hours. Cook vermicelli noodles until tender. Serve sauce over noodles, sprinkled with parmesan cheese, with French or Italian bread on the side.
