BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears (frozen)
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. buttered bread or Ritz cracker crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Arrange vegetables. Combine soup, milk, and cheese. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Cut butter over crumbs. Bake in oven 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Broccoli spears or frozen cauliflower cooked and drained may be used. Serves 6 to 8.
