BOURSIN 
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. unsalted butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Have cheese and butter at room temperature. Blend together well, then add seasonings. Let sit for 1 hour to "cure" or refrigerate until 30 minutes before serving. Serve at room temperature with raw vegetables or crackers. Makes 2 pints.
